SGT Self Defense

Combat Fitness is an extension of the Custom Fitness Personal Training Studio. Our instructor teaches martial arts based on the philosophy of Jeet Kun Do, the martial art philosophy of Bruce Lee. During Combat Fitness, you learn how to defend yourself in an effective realistic way by learning techniques that come from a large array of different arts from around the world. We teach you how to fight in a real life scenario rather than how to fight in the ring where you are protected by rules and regulations. During class you will learn to build off your strengths and fight around your weaknesses no matter how severe those weaknesses may seem. You will learn rare techniques that other martial arts gyms have never even heard of. You will build confidence in your ability to keep you and your loved ones safe from would be attackers as well as enhance cardiovascular fitness from the intense drills.
